Hi, my name is Neil Cutmore and from being on this page you may know that I am a Mortgage Advisor but how am I different from every other mortgage advisor?
So I am married to my wonderful wife Melanie who I have been with for 23 years. We have a son called Daniel who we are very proud of and who is currently studying International Business and Spanish at Dundee University.
I have always been fascinated by the property business. I became a landlord with my first flat purchase at the age of 19. Since then I have had multiple experiences. I have purchased properties at auction. I have purchased and developed properties with other people’s money. I have been involved in serviced accommodation and through buying, refurbishing and selling I have slowly built a portfolio of properties across the country including a conversion of a large Victorian terraced property into a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom student house of multiple occupation.
If you are looking therefore to become a landlord or property developer I feel I can safely say I have more experience than most mortgage advisors.
I also understand the needs and aspirations of small business owners. I started my first company Kite Communications Ltd when I was 23, providing Telecoms and Data solutions to organisations such as Daimler Chrysler, SAS Software and the Medical Defence Union amongst others. I also owned a pub restaurant starting out by purchasing the lease, then the freehold and finally selling after 11 successful years. As a small business owner it has always been a little more complicated to get a mortgage but working together with some forward planning we can hopefully realise your property ambitions.
I’ve just moved to Kemble now and am looking to help local people. I have an office in my back garden from which I conduct face to face appointments which can be during the usual working day or evenings or weekends to suit the modern world time constraints.
